Scam Alert: It has come to our attention that malicious third parties are fraudulently presenting themselves as representatives of one of our entities, Arcano USA.

  • All official communications from Arcano Partners Group always originate from the legitimate domain arcanopartners.com. Attempts of deception have been identified involving email addresses from domains unrelated to the Arcano Partners Group, such as arcano-cap.com, arcano-capital.com, or arcano-capital-inc.com.

  • Business activities initiated by the Arcano Partners Group always involve prior consent and a due diligence and origination phase. Be cautious of unsolicited direct sales proposals.

  • Additionally, the Arcano Partners Group does not offer financial products purporting to grant access to U.S. visas or similar benefits, nor does it maintain any agreements with U.S. governmental entities for obtaining such benefits through investments in funds or financial products offered by the Arcano Partners Group.

 

At Arcano, our commitment to the security and protection of our investors' information is firm and constant. Arcano have security and continuity policies, approved by Arcano’s Board of Directors, aligned with new regulatory and compliance requirements as well as with industry best practices.

Additionally, we would like to remind you of some tips that can help you identify communications attempting to impersonate Arcano or fraudulent messages from third parties claiming to represent Arcano:

  • The emails you receive from Arcano always are sent from the domain arcanopartners.com. Pay attention to possible impersonations (for example: comunicaciones@arcano-partners.com, comunicaciones@arcan0partners.com, arcano-cap-inc.com, arcano-cap.com arcano-capital.com or arcano-capital-inc.com; these would be attempts at impersonation).

  • Arcano will never contact you through instant messaging applications, nor will we request confidential or personal information via any unsecured channel.

  • Commercial activities undertaken by Arcano are always initiated through requested communication or prior consent.

  • If you receive a phone call claiming to be from Arcano, and are asked for information or personal details such as account numbers or financial information, if you have any doubts, you can call the number listed in the “Contact” section of our website to verify the legitimacy of the call.

  • All information related to your financial products can be found in the Investor Portal, which you can access by clicking the link at the top right of our website. We will never include information about Fund account numbers or payment instructions in our email communications. This information will always be available on the Investor Portal.
