Arcano Spanish Value Added Real Estate Fund II (AVA II) Luxembourg SICAR focused on value added transactions mainly in Spain and opportunistically in Portugal. This vehicle invests in transactions requiring repositioning, rehabilitation, and development for both residential and commercial assets.

Arcano Spanish Value Added Real Estate Fund II (AVA II) is a vehicle launched in 2018 that invests through a Luxembourg SICAR. With a committed volume of over €128 million, it is focused on value added investments primarily located in Spain with a size of between €8 million and €30 million.

The objective is to build a diversified and high quality real estate portfolio that generates maximum value for our investors while minimizing risks.

Investment profile:

• Value added: acquisition of high quality real estate assets that need to be repositioned through          active management, contract renegotiation, and reconfiguration prior to being leased and sold.

• Develop to core: acquisition and development/construction of assets in solid markets with proven 
  demand from prospective tenants. The ultimate goal is to satisfy the demand of equity investors.
